Since a young age, I have cherished a passion for the hospitality and hotel industry. At the age of fifteen, I began working as a waitress alongside my studies, where I gained various valuable experiences. In 2012, I decided to take my passion seriously and enrolled in the Leisure & Hospitality Executive program, delving deeper into this vibrant industry. Over the course of four years, I accumulated a wealth of experience both nationally and internationally, ultimately earning my diploma. HOW DID MY CAREER BEGIN? In early 2017, I received the exciting opportunity to apply for the opening of a brand-new hotel with an entirely new concept, in the role of a receptionist in Rotterdam. I eagerly seized this wonderful opportunity, and thus began a new chapter in my career at PREMIER SUITES PLUS Rotterdam in June 2017. Over six years, I explored various career opportunities, allowing me to advance from a receptionist to a Front Office Supervisor. Since September 2020, I have been fulfilling the role of Operational Supervisor, Managing the Front Office, Housekeeping, and the Technical Department. WHAT I DO NOW? Managing the Front Office, Housekeeping, and the Technical Department. Developing and implementing new business operations. Managing the recruitment process and drafting employment contracts. Carefully monitoring the financial administration and forwarding it to the appropriate department.
