About Laura Inglis

I am a highly organised individual, efficient and excellent at prioritising my work load. I take pride in my work and always want to be the best giving 110% to any task I am given, pushing myself to achieve this. All of my employments have required confidentiality which I always maintain. On a personal level I feel I am friendly and approachable having won an award for customer care excellence for Scotland and Northern Ireland whilst still being able to remain professional. I feel I would be an asset to any company as I am reliable, a good time keeper, trustworthy, conscientious and flexible when required. I am extremely adaptable having shown this in my recent employment where I had to implemented new systems single-handedly. I have extensive experience in Administration and customer care having been first line of contact in all the roles that I have previously had. I thrive under pressure and am a team player but equally work well on my own I am also very enthusiastic when it comes to new challenges. I have three years experience using sage and have extensive knowledge of this. I have implemented various changes in my current position such as a stock control system when one was not in place.
