About Laura Innocenti

Hi! I'm Laura. Fuelled by a natural inclination to continuous learning and new challenges, I'm on the hunt for my next adventure. Currently volunteering as a commissioning editor and working as a private tutor, I'm seeking my next opportunity to grow and expand my expertise. ‍ With over eight years of both professional and academic experience in customer service, teaching, administration, and academic writing, editing, and research, I've honed my skills in strategic communication and stakeholder engagement. My customer-centric background has taught me the art of event planning, time management, and active listening, allowing me to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders from Asia, the US, and Europe. My academic journey has equipped me with insightful knowledge in different fields, from international relations to economics to law. I have written about key challenges and issues in the sphere of human rights, feminism, constructivism, post-Soviet space and gained experience in academic research and qualitative analysis. Additionally, as co-president of MIRSA, I've had the privilege of publishing engaging content on social media and organizing thought-provoking panel discussions with ambassadors, politicians, and professors. But that's not all - my love for languages has taken me on a global adventure, allowing me to become fluent in over five languages and immerse myself in diverse cultures. I'm ready to bring my unique blend of skills, passion, and experience to a new role.
