About Laura K. Devos

Over a decade of international development experience on the ground in Asia, Africa and Europe. Fluent in English, French and Portuguese. Passionate about gender transformative approaches to programming in both development and humanitarian contexts, gender, behaviour change, early childhood development and parenting, education, health and nutrition, organizational health, sustainable development, climate change, humanitarian, sexual and reproductive health, working with adolescents and youth, and the list goes on! With direct experience in each of these areas, and strong facilitation skills, I can support effective multi-sectoral collaboration, particularly utilizing my project management, monitoring and evaluation, writing, leadership, resource mobilization and partnerships skills to promote inclusivity within and across teams. With a background in conflict resolution, mediation and facilitation, I also provide the skillset to do this critical cross-sectoral work carefully, sustainably and successfully.
