Background
About Laura Kevan
As a long-term lover of contemporary art, I have broadened my knowledge and experience of contemporary art practice and gallery and museum management through, employment and study since 2014. As of 2023 I started a PhD in Art History at Curtin University studying contemporary war art from the former Yugoslavia. My academic work has positioned me as an emerging expert in practical public and contemporary visual art and my time as a contractor with Art Pharmacy and other corporate bodies has enabled me in developing and facilitating art concepts and strategies as a liaison between clients and artists. I am currently hoping to find part-time, project based, or contractor work to continue developing my skills and career in the arts while I finish my academic work.
