CLIENT VOLUME INCREASE: Designed and launch(ed) initiatives to expand availability of and raise community awareness for services to clients. REVENUE PROGRAMS & INCREASES / DEFICIT REDUCTION: Launched revenue and performance initiatives increasing annual revenues from $10M to $15M and decreasing Service Delivery Dept deficit 3% in 2 years. HOSPITAL TO HOME SERVICE PROGRAM: Launched hospital to home initiative for babies who spent time in the hospital at birth to move to home based therapy services; initiative rolled out state-wide by multiple organizations. ACCESSIBILITY PARTNER COMMERCIAL SERVICE: Oversee Accessibility Partner service line to advise companies on accessibility services to blind/low vision employees.
