About Laura Laabs

While working in logistics I have experienced broker pro software, basic dispatching duties, engaging with distributors, consignees, site managers, and project managers. Daily activity with yard staff and disbursement of LTL loads. Entering all orders and following through to dispatch I am the first contact with the distributor or consignee for any project and I am also the contact for any problematic delivery. I have years of experience in the dental field, from chairside dental hygiene to nonprofit community based programs and clinics. Founding "Smiles for Sr Lucille", an oral hygiene education program for those with disabilities, we identified the need for more specialized dental care. By identifying, writing and winning grants and very active fundraising, we secured one million dollars and the ability to build a clinic specialized for those with disabilities. I was Director of Dental Services and was responsible for day to day operations for 18 months. Then moving back to my original program "Smiles for sister Lucille." I have strong experience in customer service, sales, account management, organization, multitasking, faced paced work environments, grant writing, budgeting, clinic implementation and community programs. I also have experience with chairside hygiene, employee management, dental software systems, maintenance of dental equipment, dispatching, consignees and end user broker CRM software.
