About Laura Lee

I am currently working as a project Coordinator/Administrator at the UK's largest motor finance broker and technology provider, Evolution Funding Ltd. I support the successful delivery of projects by maintaining RAID logs ensuring risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies are effectively tracked and addressed and managing timelines. I serve as a central point of communication, managing internal and external correspondence with stakeholders such as the design team, product owner, and key interest groups. Working closely with the Product Owner, I ensure the quality of discovery work and maintain project momentum. My responsibilities include documenting and distributing meeting minutes, including for the Executive Steering Board, and managing intranet information to distribute information for our teams’ commitments from the previous and current sprints. I also provide weekly highlight reports to communicate updates from the product owner to the wider business. I am also involved in Jira maintenance, including workflows and automation, sprint board management and any agile related questions or information. Before taking on the coordinator side of the role, my responsibilities were focused on planning upcoming sprints, measuring velocity for all teams, backlog prioritisation keeping inline with SLAs, keeping on top of the roadmap, and clearing blockers for 4 teams across the function. Alongside these duties, I run agile ceremonies such as planning, sizing, retrospective, and refinement. Previously, I have had over 9 years of experience as a QA Analyst here at Evolution Funding and Wellbeing Software where I picked up most of my knowledge and skills. I have completed and passed a Certificate of Higher Education in Business Management through the Open University, Scrum Alliance – Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Alliance – Certified Scrum Product Owner.
