About Laura Lee

I am currently working as a client relations executive at Hague Dental Supplies. Within this role I organise and monitor engineering activity, including reactive engineering, project management and installations. I invoice clients, and create quotations for clients upon their request, and for engineers post visit. I liaise with several departments, including warehouse team for allocation of parts to appointments and ordering of stock, finance team for customer credit checks and account status, and the engineering team for job allocation, planning of their diary and communication regarding clients. I have a keen interest in marketing - specifically social media, and administration. In 2024 i undertook a Level 2 digital marketing course, alongside my previous role, to give me skills and understanding of the marketing industry. Previously to this, I worked at British Airways as Cabin Crew. This role fuelled a passion for travel, and the aviation industry itself. I provided top customer service in cabins including economy, premium economy and after adequate training, business class. From January - May 2025, I went on a sabbatical which enabled me to travel. I visited countries such as New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Malaysia. This experience enhanced both my professional and personal development. From the administrative side of planning itineraries and booking various different methods of travel, to experiencing different cultures, this experience has been invaluable to me. During this time I ran 2 social media accounts - Instagram & TikTok, gaining 1400 followers on TikTok, 37k likes across my content and have created content which has gone viral, with views up to 200k, which is still increasing today, nearly 3 months after initially posting. Posting on these platforms, has fuelled my love for content creation.
