A 30-year veteran of the foodservice industry, I have worked with clients in virtually every foodservice sector, including major food and beverage companies, restaurant chains, industry associations and grower-directed commodity groups. From an early background in restaurant operations, I evolved into strategic management consulting to companies along the foodservice supply chain, including long-range planning, go-to-market strategy development, channel and segment strategy, marketing and branding strategy and foodservice operator insights.
