Key highlights:First technical resource hired into Rock Financial (now Rocket Mortgage) providing IT support and leadership with progressive responsibilities as the company grew from 50 team members to several thousand. In was the project manager of the team that built and launched RockFinancial.com, shifting Rock Financial from a traditional mortgage provider to an online-focused lender, offering loan applications nationally supported by a centralized call center. Spearheaded the team that researched and deployed imaging and workflow automation moving the entire mortgage operations to a paperless process. This allowed us to create specialized areas within the process and gain efficiencies as multiple teams could work on the same file at the same time.Led technology and later the product team for Quizzle, a project within Rocket Mortgage, which was originally tasked to build a site that would help clients manage their mortgage. When that wasn’t inviting enough we launched Quizzle, a leading national credit report site. Smart, fun and engaging, we used the power of technology to simplify the complicated world of credit and with top-notch credit tools helped consumers understand, monitor and improve their credit. Our 9-person team was eventually acquired by Bankrate.
