Proven history of continued learning. Passed PRINCE 2 and Agile Working both at foundation. Passed my Line Management course Received a Level 4 Institutional Credit in Concept of Management focus in Business Administration and Management, received from Southampton Solent University. I am a very positive person who thoroughly enjoys personal contact with people either face to face, on the phone or via MS Teams. I have an outgoing personality with very good communication skills. I always like to explore new challenges and will always take the opportunity to find out as much information as possible to help me make decisions. Adapting to change is a natural trait of mine, I embrace it and see the value of it. I am excellent motivator of people, able to delegate tasks effectively, solution focused and remain calm and collected in difficult and/ or pressurised situations. My experience has enabled me to develop excellent tact, diplomacy and interpersonal skills, which supports my engagement with varying levels of colleagues both internally and externally.
