As a highly valued leadership and team consultant, Laura Marvin brings 20 years of extensive experience in organization and team development, executive coaching, leadership and management training, and human resources development. She has consulted within a variety of industries, both in the public and private sectors, including high technology, gaming, entertainment, medical, pharmaceutical, retail, government, and financial. Laura’s expertise focuses on aligning executive and management teams, executive coaching, leadership development/training, performance management, and succession planning. She lends credibility to her consultant role by drawing on her own executive leadership experiences as well as her countless consulting engagements. She is currently active with multiple clients as an independent consultant and partners with EngagedLeadership, a boutique consulting firm that offers an array of leadership and team experiences which build awareness, grow capabilities, and help leaders exceed personal and organizational objectives. Laura holds a Masters of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University where she also developed and taught the I/O Psychology undergraduate curriculum. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a Biological Sciences emphasis from University of California at Davis.
