My approach is hands on. I lead by example, support my team with the tools and guidance they need, and stay focused on delivering results with integrity and care. At Claimplus, I have helped enhance operational strategies and improve the accuracy and speed of insurance contents valuation. This has supported a smoother claims experience for both insurers and insureds. Outside of work, I’m a busy mom to two boys. You’ll often find us biking, at the beach, or fitting in a quick round of golf. I value the balance between life and career and am always looking for new ways to grow, both personally and professionally.
