I'm a passionate recruiter who ran more than 280+ HR quality interviews using the Behavioural Bases Interview methodology, managing to hire 70+ talents (Software Engineers, Software Architects, DevOps Engineers, Software Testers etc.) in Nokia Technology Center in Timisoara. This is one of the key R&D Centers for Mobile Networks, with worldwide recognized technical expertise in OAM (Operations, Administration & Management) software type and System Integration and Verification. Nokia Technology Center in Timișoara is the biggest R&D center in Romania in telecom industry that works with 5G technologies Being able to help such a key department grow makes me grateful and motivates me to always give 110%. I helped Nokia Hungary grow by recruiting skilled talents that are part of the Supply Chain field, a key department that help Nokia continue building and deliver its quality products keeping our customers happy.
