Ambitious, high energy and outgoing individual with passion for helping others. In 2022, shifted from healthcare operations to a career in insurance and benefits. As a licensed life and health insurance agent, I am able to assist clients as an Account Manager and help provide a white glove employee benefit experience for their staff. Operations Officer for Carolina Ophthalmology. Building relationships with physicians and staff is the key to creating a corporate culture that emphasizes respect and compassion. I facilitate proper allocation of staffing resources and consistently collaborated to ensure we operated an efficient and patient friendly practice. As a Human Resources and Marketing Manager with a large ophthalmology group in Western NC, it is my job to help employees and the employer; so relationships are mutually beneficial. I recruit and interview potential staff, coordinate and implement benefits, manage open enrollment, onboard new staff and problem solve issues as they arise. Prior to this role, I was an Executive Assistant for 14 years, with the same ophthalmology group. I am an effective communicator, thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage tasks and assist high level management. Multi-tasking and interest in building the most effective workforces possible. I have a positive work ethic and enjoy a challenge. From a marketing perspective, I manage social media, email marketing and create content for a local butcher shop, M&M Meatlocker.
