Since 2019, I have shifted from a people management role to a Business Analyst position, focusing on designing and supporting Jira infrastructure, using Jira service-based instances, and since 2022, my focus has shifted primarily to Atlassian Cloud Services. My work involves ensuring traceability across projects and departments in an Agile environment, which aids in impact analysis, risk mitigation, and collaboration. I manage the Jira infrastructure by configuring projects, workflows, and user access to optimize Atlassian Cloud features for a department of around 600 people worldwide, while also addressing user requests and troubleshooting issues. Additionally, I act as Product Owner for a team focused on automation utilizing AI connected to Atlassian Services, aimed at reducing administrative burdens and generating effective reports on project and team activities. My experience in a global organization has enhanced my ability to manage remote teams and collaborate effectively across multicultural environments. I am adaptable and committed to operating efficiently and professionally in a smart working environment.
