About Laura Poole

As a life coach, public speaker, and trainer, I help individuals and organisations reach their full potential by providing guidance, motivation, and practical skills. My content offers a glimpse into my approach, which combines humor, honesty, and a holistic perspective. Whether through one-on-one coaching, group workshops, or online courses, my goal is to inspire and empower people to take control of their lives and create the change they want to see in the world. When I'm not coaching or speaking, you can find me exploring the outdoors, practicing yoga, or spending time with my loved ones- I run business start-up courses at The Rebel School - Coach my own clients in making sh*t happen (as well as other areas of life)- I help companies with staff wellbeing - I get excited bout content creation on Social Media (especially video)
