I have nearly 10 years of experience providing critical support to teams in healthcare, the news media, and social services, as well as a customer service role in the security industry. I'm a detail-oriented multitasker able to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life and backgrounds. In my current intake position with JSSA, I verify insurance benefits every day and analyze program deficits in addition to a broad set of administrative duties. I handle client payments and serve as the point of contact between two locations for the Healthy Minds program. I've demonstrated time and time again that I am able to take on a lot at once while maintaining the highest quality of deliverables. My performance at all of my jobs has led to being granted additional responsibilities, including a swift promotion at my current position from administrative assistant to program consumer support agent. Leadership would tell you that I am versatile and more than willing to go the extra mile. They have peace of mind knowing that when they hand a task off to me, it will get done right and on time. Additionally, I have more than 14 years of experience in public speaking and teaching. I do bring a lot to the table! Right now I am hoping to find an administrative position that will call on my vast skill set and present me with new challenges and opportunities for growth.
