Attorney at CQS/FV, working in the areas of Clearance, Entertainment Insurance, and Strategic Litigation. I have experience advising audiovisual productions, advertising campaigns, content production for social media, and digital platforms. I believe in a humanized law that, beyond formal technical qualifications, can apply legal knowledge to perform work that objectively meets the client's needs. Therefore, I understand that the law should not create obstacles to those who need it but rather assist in mitigating risks, seeking to anticipate situations that may arise, and remedy what is necessary through methods adapted to the reality of each case. I enjoy dealing with people and consider professional diplomacy as one of the main pillars of my practice. Through positive communication and strategic conflict resolution, it is possible to build an effective legal scenario that preserves commercial relationships by resolving existing conflicts. I am an enthusiast of the arts, and entertainment law was the path I found to approach it professionally. I am currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Entertainment Law, Intellectual Property, and Fashion at ESAOAB-SP. I graduated in law from PUC-Campinas and am part of the Intellectual Property and Human Rights Research Group at FGV.
