Throughout my career, I took on many challenges, tackling start ups, mergers, HR people operations, compensation, benefits, training, and all sections recruitmenting. As a result, I have a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and to navigate complex challenges presented to rapidly growing organizations. A few accomplishments I'm proud of include: • Improved HR impact by with implementing SAP, to include training users, and creating all processes for the new HRIS (Success Factors) with people while also implementing Paychex Payroll mapping at Trulieve. • Slashed costs four times in my career by renegotiating benefits coming up with unique options to save companies money. • Enhanced processing by implementing Workday with Alight Solutions for overseeing 15k employees and transitioning away from manual processing. • Created manager compliance training to mitigate risk for EEOC, W/C, Wage and Hour • Increased company output by coaching new general managers to reduce T/O by 15% in two years at Trulieve. • Boosted the competitive positioning with a new compensation strategy and alignment while handling onboarding and training for an organization with explosive growth (300% in two years) at Motorsports Authentic.
