A positive energetic manager, organizer, leader, team builder in search of new opportunities. I enjoy building relationships that lead to positive outcomes for clients and sales. Creating those relationships often leads to retention and additional purchases. My favorite experience is guiding a client through a tough time and leading them to success. I have experience building a training department from a consultative training model into a global organization with self-paced micro courses, virtual instructor led training and self-paced modular deliveries along with customized private deliveries. High level meetings with sales and executives setting up demonstrations of the Learning Management System and showing how best a program led to success, guiding training needed for implementation and maintenance, setting goals for certification and retention. and sales guiding with clients from pre-sales through implementation and retention. I enjoy hitting and going beyond sales targets. Within the organization I was able to use creative training plans customized classes and using existing classes to meet timelines in project plans. Leveraging limited resources to cover the global needs of external clients, internal clients and needs across company departments, including the addition of certification, badging, and on-boarding.
