About Laura Ryan

With over 28 years of experience as an engineer, strategist, and innovation catalyst, I help organizations achieve optimal performance and growth. I am currently oversee Business Analytics and Strategy, as the Advisor to the President at Heritage Christian Services, a nonprofit organization that provides support to people with disabilities and their families. My mission is to combine my analytical, critical, and creative thinking skills with my engineering background to develop and implement effective strategies that are data-driven, customer-centric, and adaptable. I have worked with diverse clients in various sectors, such as manufacturing, human services, higher education, and health care, both in the U.S. and internationally. I specialize in process improvement, new business development, workshop facilitation, product development, and open innovation. I also hold a MS in Creativity and Change Leadership, as well as certifications in Six Sigma and Appreciative Inquiry.
