Motivated by vision and impact, and as a result, I have a history of innovating and building. 25+ years of finance and operational leadership experience. Functions including accounting, endowment oversight, long range financial planning, financing, budgeting ($400MM+), tax, HR, IT/data infrastructure, large scale capital improvements ($100MM+) and planning, facilities/grounds, dining/auxiliary services, Title IX, Title VI, board of trustees coordination, and chief operating officer. People and service focused with an aptitude for change management, and strategic planning and implementation. I am inspired by organizational cultures with purpose that appreciate empathetic and transparent leaders. I strive to provide vision, clarity and stability to bring people together for common goals. I led in times of crisis and was able to bring community along in challenging decisions which were driven by shared values. In partnership with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization, I make timely decisions, communicate well, build trust and am an effective leader.
