I’m a lab technician with a solid foundation in both molecular genetics and cell culture. Currently, I work at AllGenetics, contributing to next-generation sequencing (NGS) projects by preparing genetic libraries, mainly for metabarcoding and biodiversity studies. Previously, I specialized in mammalian cell culture, gaining hands-on experience with maintenance and subculturing of adherent cell lines, aseptic technique and sterile work environments, cell viability assays and microscopy and support tasks in molecular biology applied to cell-based studies.
