About Laura Shaw

I am a Policy Associate at Credence Management Solutions LLC, supporting the U.S. Policy, Strategy, and Interagency Coordination team to lead, shape, and manage the U.S. Agency for International Development’s Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance’s (USAID/BHA) institutional USG relationships and advance strategic objectives across the interagency. I am passionate about the protection of women's and children's rights, political participation, inter-American relations, and the role that civil society/grassroots organizations play in democratization. I graduated from Dominican University, Class of 2021, with a B.A. in International Relations and Diplomacy with a minor in Spanish. I graduated from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University, Class of 2023, where I received my MA in International Relations, with a focus on international development for women and children and humanitarian assistance.
