Background
About Laura Shine
I hold a PhD with a specialization in food anthropology, food marketing, and sensory studies. My work focuses on food cultures as well as alternative and emerging food practices, specifically entomophagy - the consumption of insects. As lead of the organization Femmes Expertes, I trained hundreds of women to share their expertise in the media and to increase their visibility in the public sphere.
