Experienced relationship manager and strategic communicator with a proven track record in education, healthcare, crisis management, nonprofits, media, NGOs, faith-based organizations, and all levels of government. I have dedicated my career to strategic communication for organizational growth, advancing public engagement, institutional partnerships, and civic initiatives. My expertise spans nonprofit leadership, public affairs, and policy strategy, with a focus on building sustainable organizations, expanding access to information, and fostering strong cross-sector collaborations. In addition to my work in communications, I am a PhD candidate in Applied Linguistics and Communications and co-owner of Wash Street, a New Hampshire-based laundry services company. Most recently, I served as Executive Director of the Nackey S. Loeb School of Communications, leading transformative growth during a pivotal five-year tenure. I took over a 20-year old institution at the start of a global pandemic. Under my leadership, the organization- Expanded student access by 550%- Launched innovative online learning programs- Secured grant funding to support long-term sustainability during a global pandemic- Strengthened partnerships with statewide and national leaders in First Amendment law, civics education, media literacy, and news philanthropy- Expanded the instructor base by 120%, increasing diversity and inclusivity- Hosted annual events, trimesters of classes, and conferences, always on or under budget- Established a strategic affiliation with Saint Anselm College and relocated operations to the NH Institute of Politics.
