Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand the pressures on providers and care teams, and that’s what drives me to build programs that help reduce burnout while naturally increasing access for patients. I love working collaboratively across teams whether it’s with clinical staff, operations, or data analytics to design solutions that make a real impact. My focus is on sustainable, innovative programs that ease provider workload, improve workflows, and ultimately make healthcare more efficient and accessible. At the heart of my work is a passion for primary care, the foundation of a strong healthcare system.
