About Laura Strait

Currently I am working at Aon as a Sr associate consultant with employee rewards. Before that I have been with Ray Price Motors since December 2014. I worked as a service advisor, and prior to this, also worked as a Human Resources Assistant and Service Coordinator. In March, I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, and I also have many years of customer service experience. One thing I have learned in the industry, is to love your customers more than your product. It all comes down to relationships. Trust is a powerful thing, and once you have it, you can only help a business grow. Over the years, I have dealt with many personalities, and that has lead me to believe that I'm just one person in the day of a life of someone. People have good days, and they have bad days. I always love a good challenge, and the more I fail, the better I become at my job. I didn't realize that until someone once told me that success is most often achieved by those who don't know failure is inevitable. I love opportunities that will help me grow as a person, and be an asset to my company. working for a company that specializes in Mazda, Volvo and Honda, I now have a better understanding of brand loyalty. I am part of of that brand, and I pride myself on the ability to be responsive, adaptive, and effective at handling any situation. Taking calculate risks only makes you better at handling everyday life. As my experience grows, so do my talents to contribute to a team.
