I’m currently a Senior Programme Manager at Mott MacDonald, where I oversee the resourcing and leadership of Nuclear and Defence teams working on some of the most complex mega-projects in the industry. With over 17 years’ experience in talent acquisition and resourcing, I’ve helped build and scale teams across sectors such as energy, healthcare, digital, water, and technology. Before moving into programme management, I led a fantastic team of Talent Acquisition professionals, shaping recruitment strategies across Europe and supporting projects from nuclear decommissioning to critical infrastructure. What drives me is creating fair and inclusive recruitment processes that open doors for diverse talent. By introducing innovative pipeline strategies, I increased diversity hires by 32 percent year on year — strengthening both the quality of hires and representation across teams.
