Before that, I completed my Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri. Throughout my career, I've consistently been recognized and promoted by each employer for my strong work ethic, initiative, process improvement skills, and commitment to exceptional patient service. I am passionate about enhancing the experiences of the individuals I serve, whether through small, meaningful changes or larger innovations. Knowing that I've had a positive impact, no matter how small, reaffirms that I'm exactly where I need to be—dedicated to making a difference in access to healthcare.
