About Laura Webber

With over 16 years of experience in education, I currently work as a Teacher and Pastoral Leader at Cargilfield School, where I am dedicated to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment for students. My mission is to support holistic development by integrating pastoral care, digital innovation, and sustainability into the school culture. At Cargilfield School, I have contributed to impactful initiatives such as leading the Eco Team to achieve the school's first Green Flag. My participation in Pastoral Leaders Team and care has been instrumental in promoting student well-being, while my involvement in sports coaching and extracurricular activities, like hockey and netball, reflects my commitment to enriching student experiences both inside and outside the classroom.
