About Laura Wiley

Worked for WMP for 14 years. Started as an Intelligence Officer and then became an Intelligence Analyst. Experience based locally across a variety of crime areas - both at local and Force level – in departments including Serious and Organised Crime, Anti-Corruption and Public Protection, has enabled me to develop a range of skills and behaviours. Skills include; Influencing and negotiating with investigators and those that make key decisions, based upon supporting analysis, excelleant communication and presentation skills, adapt whilst in role, meticulous attention to detail, working to deadlines, which are often time critical due to the nature if the work, and work extremely well as part of a team or independently and being flexible in approach to work, working locations and working hours I am currently seeking a new challenge which will utilise my analytical and research skills. I feel that these skills could be applied directly to other analytical roles, senior analytical roles or transfer into other areas such as project management. I am seeking new challenges and keen to develop myself into the world of project management or potentially analytical management
