With my years of experience in human resources, claims management and safety, I have been responsible for the full suite of human resource functions: recruitment, health and safety, claims management, labour relations (including grievances and negotiations), investigations, corporate reorganization, writing job descriptions, and job evaluation. My passion for health and safety is demonstrated in the various programs developed throughout my career. Including monthly dashboard indicators for accident frequency and severity, plain language “Healthy Return to Work Guide” and wellness programs. I pride myself on delivering exceptional customer service, being open and inclusive, treating everyone with mutual dignity and respect.
