As a multilingual coach, trainer and consultant and a former international banker, I help leaders and managers :> To develop a global mindset and unleash creative energy > To grow leadership skills focusing on emotional intelligence > To use music as a tool to boost collective spirit and enhance better communication My 22 years in investment banking spent across many geographies and cultures have nurtured my inner belief that connecting people, helping them to make sense of a new environment and bring them to fit into the corporate culture is key for today's global organisations. Northern Europe, Asia and more particularly China, have deeply influenced my working style, vision and caring attitude towards people. Today, I work with entrepreneurs, managers, and top level executives, in helping them to develop an agile mindset, and unleash their creative energy so as to work in any complex environment taking performance to a higher degree. I focus on developing leadership skills bearing special attention to emotional intelligence. In this perspective and as a pianist, I have developed a set of tools based on music. Music conveys numerous benefits to any listener such as emotional perception, empathy, greater learning abilities and brain plasticity. It is a powerful way to release collective energy and enhance personal potential. I speak 5 languages and deliver programmes in French, English and German.
