Through these positions, I have successfully led cross-functional and multi-cultural teams in developing and launching innovative products that have significantly impacted the market. I am skilled in analyzing market trends and performance, launching market research, leveraging customer feedback to identify new product opportunities while ensuring a seamless customer experience. In my current position as global Head of Electrified vehicle, I am responsible for the complete product line strategy, lifecycle, roll-out of offers, product performance and community animation, for all segments (B2C/B2B) and all countries. Electrified Vehicles is a core product line of Arval Beyond strategic plan. My main challenges are - Establish product line value proposition by segment - Launch & analyse market trends / competitors watch / customers surveys and translate insights into growth opportunities - 🤝Manage cross-functional and multicultural team to launch new products - Define strategy, pricing analysis of offers - 🤝Build strategic partnerships - Create and implement long-term vision and roadmaps for product - Go to market - Lead steering committees with Executive Committee members- Drive a community of CMO and product line managers from 20 countries (best practices, market trends)- ‍Train teams (processes, new product, sales tools, sales pitch)- ‍Collaborate as a marketing key contributor with sales team - Identify and follow key performance indicators (#KPI)- Define and monitor budget I have a strong ability to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources effectively, and manage product development processes from conception to launch.
