Laurel Corriveau is Client Experience Officer (CXO) for The Otto Group at Hightower Advisors. With 30 years of professional services firm experience, she has a background in practice management, business and professional development, client relationship management, marketing, and brand awareness. Laurel’s key areas of focus include ensuring that The Otto Group flawlessly executes its concierge level relationship management for their suite of clients, new client onboarding, advisor transitions, and leading marketing and communication efforts in support of expanding the team’s client base. An extension of her role, Laurel guides practice management for The Otto Group. Laurel’s familiarity within professional service firms enables her to apply practical and hands-on solutions for business success. Much of her focus includes daily practice operations along with business plan creation and execution of marketing, growth, fiscal, and organizational plans. She is devoted to client onboarding, the impact and outcome of branding and communications, team organization, and enhancing service models to elevate The Otto Group’s overall client experience. A principal responsibility involves ensuring that team advisors are supported with meaningful resources to guide Otto Group clients toward achievement of their financial wellness. The Otto Group’s Roadmap to Financial Wellness and Advanced Planning services offer sophisticated solutions for business owners, individuals, families, and institutional clients. As a passionate and active leader in her community, Laurel currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Communications Committee for Sisterhood for Good, an all-volunteer organization of likeminded women dedicated to enhancing the community through philanthropy. With the Child Protection Center, Laurel is a volunteer-member of the Advisory Board. Alongside CPC’s Board of Directors and Staff, the Advisory Board’s mission is to advocate for children and educate our community by providing a comprehensive approach to the prevention, intervention, and treatment of child abuse. Laurel is a member of Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation’s Mission Possible Sarasota-Luncheon Committee.
