I am a young professional on a rewarding career path in human resources and corporate training. My passion is people development, which I advanced with a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development and a professional certificate in Strategic Corporate Training Design from Rochester Institute of Technology. Through my career development at Market Street Trust Company, I have acquired an excellent foundation of human resources from payroll and generalist involvement to corporate strategy. I am a responsibility and respect oriented professional. I enjoy working with people who have a high sense of drive and purpose, motivating me to continue to make my work better - more efficient, more inclusive. I like a work environment where I can feel comfortable to be my goofy self and where my employees feel comfortable being themselves, and I do my best to make this happen in my company.
