I’m a behavioral scientist and cognitive performance expert committed to transforming how individuals and organizations achieve peak performance. By blending evidence-based psychological insights with real-world strategies, I specialize in generating effective interventions that maximize human potential. Currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, my research explores the impact of healthy lifestyle behaviors on work performance. I challenge conventional thinking around human performance and develop innovative strategies that empower people to excel. My career spans roles including working for US Military Special Operations units, where I optimized human performance for elite military personnel, and my current position at CoachHub, where I lead innovations in coaching technology and behavior change strategies. These experiences give me a unique perspective on performance optimization in high-pressure environments. My work sits at the intersection of human capabilities, innovation, and technology, where I continuously explore novel approaches to unlock peak potential and drive excellence. Driven by curiosity, scientific rigor, and exploring the unknown, I like to work with forward-thinking organizations committed to redefining success through the science of human behavior.
