I am an intellectually curious but pragmatically focused manager. The staff I work with has a variety of skill sets and education. My responsiblity is to look at the ever changing future of our industry and make certain our business has the staff, training, and facilities to be competitive and successful in the years ahead. My focus is to deliver what the customer wants at a price that provides competitive value to the customer and consistent profitability for the business. I am entrepreneurial by nature and consequently am an owner in other businesses such as an oil field trucking company, a disposal well company,a power sports company, and a land and cattle company. Historically I have been a partner in starting, growing, and maintaining an agricultural spraying business (Dakota Air Spray) for over 12 years. Additionally I have partnered in two auto dealerships that were sold to other parties over the last 15 years. Specialties: My experience has been in small business start ups or the revitalization of troubled businesses.
