With over three years of auditing experience, I am an experienced staff auditor at Maher Duessel, a leading CPA firm in Pennsylvania. I perform audits, reviews, and Tax Form 990 for various clients in the nonprofit and governmental sectors, including school districts, townships and boroughs, affordable housing, transportation, and mental health/intellectual disabilities by applying my attention to detail and problem solving skills to ensure accuracy and compliance. I hold a master's degree in business administration and a bachelor's degree in applied science in accounting, both from Gannon University, where I graduated with honors. I am also proficient in various accounting softwares that my clients use such as, QuickBooks, Sage, and Edmunds. My goal is to explore the business profession while obtaining insightful knowledge from the clients I serve. Outside of accounting, I enjoy working part-time at 6 Mile Cellars where I get the opportunity to learn about wines and winemaking in the Erie region while also interacting with customers to serve and educate them on the wine offered. I also enjoy golfing, skiing, coaching soccer, and playing with my dogs.
