About Laurel Ragaller

A non-linear career path has allowed me to hone my critical thinking, communication skills and ability to build productive working relationships. From nonprofits, higher education, healthcare, and learning and development, I have enjoyed enhancing the productivity of the executives I serve with and collaborating on complex programs with incredible team members in both domestic and global environments. As the Interim Managing Director at Eller Executive Education, I led all aspects of operations, staff, and client acquisition, overseeing the launch of two complex global programs and establishing an international network of educators, coaches, and vendors. I also facilitated learning solutions for clients across various industries and regions, using my skills in project management, needs analysis, instructional design, communication, and budget management. I held a PMP certification and a certificate in instructional design foundations, am deeply curious, and I am always eager to learn something new. I'm can't wait until I can leverage AI tools to become more productive!
