As a Product Launch Executive, I apply my skills and knowledge in quality assurance and medicinal chemistry to ensure efficient launches of safe and high quality medicines for patients across the globe. I joined Accord Healthcare in November 2022 on a graduate scheme after achieving a First Class BSc with Honours in Medicinal Chemistry from Newcastle University. Alongside my studies, I explored other branches of the scientific industry working at SGS as a microbiology technician and after 18 months was promoted to Microbiology Team Leader. At University, I won the SCI Prize and an Endowed Prize Award, recognising high academic achievement and being one of the highest performing undergraduates across all three university faculties. I was also President of Newcastle University Irish Dance Society for academic year 2021/22 and was part of a show to raise over £1500 for charity.
