About Lauren Barry

As a strategic operations and facilities management professional, I bring a strong track record in project management, workplace experience optimization, and client relations. Over the course of my career, I've been fortunate enough to support large-scale operations, lead cross-functional teams, and contribute to process improvements that enhance overall efficiency and client satisfaction. In my most recent role, I worked as a Workplace Experience Specialist, where I managed workplace initiatives for a global client, ensured operational success, and partnered with teams to deliver seamless service. Despite my tenure being cut short due a company-wide restructuring, I remain committed to applying my skills and experience in a new role where I can drive results, foster strong relationships, and create positive workplace environments. I'm actively seeking opportunities that will allow me to leverage my expertise in facilities management, project execution, and client relations. I'm looking for my next challenge and am excited about the potential to contribute to an innovative and dynamic organization.
