As the Assistant Director of the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) Program at the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business, I oversee program operations, student recruitment, admissions, and day-to-day management for both our in-person and online DBA cohorts. I’m dedicated to creating an environment where working professionals can thrive, build meaningful connections, and achieve their personal and professional goals while pursuing a doctoral degree. With a seasoned background in higher education administration, executive education, and business operations, I bring a unique blend of relationship-building, program management, and strategic marketing to every initiative I lead. My areas of expertise include graduate admissions, project management, student services, strategic planning, and event coordination. Before transitioning into higher education, I spent over a decade in the hospitality industry, gaining experience in customer service, operations, and sales management at organizations like Walt Disney World Resort, staySky Hotels & Resorts, and Rosen Shingle Creek. I began my academic career at Nova Southeastern University, where I gained invaluable experience in graduate student services and supporting doctoral-level students. This background continues to shape my student-centered approach to program management and stakeholder engagement. At USF, I lead a dedicated team, manage the DBA program’s recruitment and admissions strategy, and ensure a seamless experience for students—from their first inquiry through to graduation. I’m always exploring new ways to enhance the DBA experience and help students succeed both academically and professionally.
