Background
About Lauren Black
I have been involved in the family business since a very young age, with a particular interest for understanding the product, customer expectations and business operations. I am passionate about the success of the company, the happiness of our customers and the support we offer to our internal teams. I work hard, with the help and commitment of our staff, to ensure we meet the timescale and budget expectations of clients without impacting on the quality of product we manufacture. I have recently graduated with a First Class Honours for a Bachelor Of Arts Business Management Degree with Buckinghamshire New University, in July 2021. This has allowed me to develop a broad understanding of business and provides me with subject-specific knowledge in areas such as markets, customers, finance, communication and business policy and strategy. Giving me the confidence to manage our family business and customer expectations to the highest standard possible.
