About Lauren Burdette

Passionate and results-driven business professional with a strong background in developing teams, strategic planning, and process improvement. I am a people-focused leader who inspires positivity and collaboration, motivated by challenges that spark innovation and accelerate business success. In my current role, I work closely with multiple pediatric dental practices, helping to streamline operations, improve financial performance, and create growth opportunities while fostering strong partnerships between partner doctors and our DSO team. I enjoy coaching practice managers, optimizing workflows, and finding new ways to enhance the patient experience. Confident in financial analysis, KPI tracking, and compliance, I take pride in driving efficiencies that help practices thrive. At the heart of it all, my goal is to make a meaningful impact on both the teams I support and the patients and families they serve.
