About Lauren Carlson

I’m a business development leader with a background in organizational culture, leadership development, and employee engagement. I’m passionate about helping companies thrive by aligning strategy with people. At Velocity Advisory Group, I build consultative partnerships with HR leaders, executives, and forward-thinking organizations to match them with solutions that drive lasting impact. These solutions range from executive coaching and leadership development programs to full-scale culture transformation. My experience in engagement strategy and culture consulting allows me to bring more than just a sales mindset. I lead with curiosity, empathy, and a deep understanding of the challenges facing today’s talent and leadership teams. Whether I’m helping a CHRO navigate change, collaborating with a partner firm, or preparing a strategic proposal, I stay focused on what matters most: relationships, results, and real-world alignment. Let’s connect if you're exploring how leadership development or culture strategy can support your business goals, or if you're looking for a thoughtful partner who knows how to turn ideas into action.
