I have a proven track record of finding innovative solutions that help customers with their desired outcome, which combines technology with a deep understanding of customers’ needs.As someone who comes from a diverse range of projects that have all been customer focused, I would be able to manage, communicate and present a different assortment of ideas. Furthermore, my ability to oversee multi-functional projects would allow me to drive and shape the desired outcome for products in need. I also am familiar with working on a scrum team and an understanding of the agile manifesto. I am Scrum Master certified and a Design Thinking Champion.During my previous role at Continental, I was responsible for coordinating the complete product-development lifecycle, including strategic planning, analysis, QA testing, and product launches. My ability to communicate and market these new launches of products was essential to the promotion of new inventory. Also, the team collaboration allowed me to launch profitable products created by Continental teams successfully. What sets me apart from others is my ability to evaluate and address the situation of problems rather than just the manifestations. I can also be relied upon to sustain a healthy balance between meeting aspirations while keeping costs down.
